On August 13, 2026, we launched our garlic season with a technical roundtable in Majes, Arequipa. This initiative aimed to strengthen collaboration with local growers and expand sourcing opportunities, building a supply chain capable of meeting the demands of our international markets.
The event featured four presentations covering key stages of the production chain, from planting and crop management to postharvest handling and bringing Peruvian garlic to international markets. We concluded the gathering with a shared lunch, reaffirming our commitment to exchanging knowledge, strengthening relationships, and building an increasingly integrated and competitive garlic supply chain.
