At Sol de Olmos, we celebrated Peru’s Independence Day festivities with a day full of pride, tradition, and camaraderie. We began with a flag-raising ceremony and remarks from our management team, followed by one of the most anticipated activities: a competition featuring traditional Peruvian dishes and drinks. Our team members showcased the richness of our culinary heritage and the talents of each team.
The celebration continued with a professional marinera dance performance, highlighting one of Peru’s most cherished cultural traditions. Beyond marking a national holiday, the occasion brought us together to share and reflect on the effort, dedication, and national pride behind every product we bring to the world—a reflection of Peru’s rich cultural heritage and productive potential.
